My tailored health coaching programs support clients to make sustainable changes in nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management based on your individual needs and goals. Through structured guidance and behaviour change support and accountability, clients build habits that improve energy, resilience and long-term wellbeing. This may look like weight loss, stress management, nutrition focus or introducing exercise and movement.

Our clients move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck, to feeling informed, capable and in control of their wellbeing.

Elevare partners with organisations to enhance workforce capability and performance through structured health and wellbeing programmes.  We educate and support employees to strengthen physical health and mental resilience to create sustainable energy, engagement, and long-term performance across the organisation.

Through workshops, webinars, talks, lunch and learn sessions and 1:1 coaching, our work focuses on helping individuals and teams reduce stress and fatigue, strengthen resilience, optimise nutrition, and build healthier health and wellness routines that support long-term performance and productivity.

If you are tired of low energy, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep and weight issues, which seem to have crept up on you suddenly during your forties, you are in the right place. Your hormones could be fluctuating and affecting you more than you realise. Many women do not always feel the traditional list of well known perimenopause symptoms, but something often feels off, and perhaps for you, it seems different, and harder. You are not alone. Sometimes, a simple lifestyle tweak could be all that is needed. You just need the guidance and the support to make these small changes.

Many of us know how we should be supporting our health and bodies, but it often feels overwhelming and difficult in the midst of busy careers and a full family life. Health and wellness can be difficult to prioritise.

As a health and wellbeing coach, my role is to work with you to create a tailored plan which works and fits in around your hectic schedule, and is sustainable.  My work is centred on behaviour change. Many people know what they should be doing, but struggle to apply it consistently. Through structured coaching, education and accountability, my clients are supported to build habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, lifestyle and stress management they can maintain over time.

When you feel well, everything changes. Your energy, your clarity, your relationships. I help busy women get there, without the overwhelm.

Whether working one-to-one, with teams, or designing workplace wellbeing programmes, my focus is on supporting clients who want to improve their health, and strengthen the foundations for vitality, strength and longevity.
