Welcome to Elevare.

At Elevare, we believe that lasting health is not built on quick fixes or restrictive programmes, it is built on the foundations of nourishment, movement, sleep, stress resilience, and the daily lifestyle choices that either accelerate ageing or protect against it.

We support to understand your body at a deeper level, translating the complexity of changes during midlife and perimenopause into practical, personalised strategies that create sustainable habits that compound quietly into genuine longevity, vitality, and confidence. At Elevare, our mission is simple: to give you the knowledge, the tools, and the support to become the architect of your own health so that the years ahead are not just longer, but profoundly better.

I'm Hannah — wife, mum to two girls, runner, and the founder of Elevare.

I spent over two decades working in Financial Services in London, navigating the relentless pace, commuting, the pressure, seeking to fulfil “ambitions” I had told myself made me, “me.” After motherhood, I found that pouring yourself into a demanding career while trying to show up fully for your family and health, left me in burn out and wondering, is there another way? In 2024, I made the decision to step away and retrain as a naturopathic health coach, after I had lived through a couple of years of soul searching, consulting work trying to fulfil my “ambition” for a high-achieving life against a body that was quietly asking for more.

This lived experience is the foundation of why I wanted to start Elevare. I want to be able to support midlife professional busy working mums navigating midlife changes and hormonal shifts, who struggle to prioritise their health and show up everyday with vitality and energy. You may not believe me now if this is you, but this is possible!

My personal health journey isn’t a dramatic story of chronic health conditions, but as someone who has always been relatively fit and healthy, alongside a social and busy career in London, it was secondary infertility in 2018 that truly changed everything. As my husband and I navigated IVF, I found myself diving deep into the science of the body to truly understand what was going on - cells, hormones, ovarian health, nutrition, environmental toxins, and how profoundly lifestyle shapes fertility. That season of learning was truly transformative, and became the foundations of the past 6 years for me - I haven’t looked back. I was so grateful to have a successful round of IVF which was followed by lockdown in my early post-partum phase. Whilst this was quite a brutal time, I was grateful to have my husband working at home, which allowed me short bursts to focus on fitness and nutrition. At 39, I wanted to be at peak fitness and health, for midlife and perimenopause. Movement and mindful eating became less of a habit and more of a home. It wove itself into the fabric of my daily life, and it has stayed as a non negotiable ever since.

I spent four years quietly, intentionally rebuilding, learning to understand my body rather than fight it, adding resistance training alongside running, and grounding my daily habits in the five pillars that I now build my entire coaching practice around: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, and lifestyle. At 45, I am the strongest, fittest, and most energised I have ever been because I chose to prepare for it. These sustainable lifestyle habits came from knowledge, consistency, and the kind of whole-body approach that Elevare is built on.

I gained my health coaching qualification through CNM (Centre for Naturopathic Medicine) and work with women and organisations to build a body which can maintain the stressors of a busy daily life, as well as future proofing a body to . My approach is rooted in the science of how the female body changes across midlife and perimenopause, and grounded in the five pillars of longevity: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, and lifestyle. I work with clients to provide knowledge, honest conversation, and a tailored personalised plan built around you, and your daily life..

Whether you're navigating symptoms you haven't been able to name, rebuilding energy that has quietly slipped away, or simply ready to invest in your health and longevity, I understand where you are, and I know how to help you move forward.

This is what Elevare was built for and I want to support you through these changes
